We provide services in two main areas, management and technical, although there is considerable overlap between the two.

In the Management area we provide procurement, project and risk management services. For tenderers we provide proposal management and support to enhance the chances of winning competitive tenders. For system developers or procurers we provide project and risk management to help ensure that systems are delivered on time, within budget and meet the client's requirements.

In the technical area we specialise in high integrity systems, especially in the safety arena and often relating to software-based systems. Our services in this area include safety management, independent safety assessment and production of safety cases. We aim to provide clients with the benefits of our specialist skills in high integrity systems such that systems are developed in an appropriate manner and are able to be approved for use by the relevant regulatory authority.
