PTL considers an effective safety management system to be essential to any organisation involved in the production or operation of safety related systems. Implicit in this is the establishment of a safety culture such that there is awareness of safety issues and conformance to appropriate procedures throughout the organisation.


PTL personnel are able to utilise their broad experience of safety,  quality, and project management to bring together all of the skills necessary for safety management. We are able to advise organisations on the establishment of an appropriate Safety Management System, from the definition of safety policy and safety plans through to ongoing supervision of the implementation of the policy and the conformance to relevant standards and procedures. In addition we are able to conduct audits of established safety management systems to determine the effectiveness of the safety management and to identify any weaknesses.
