Pioneer Technology Ltd (PTL) is a small independent company, based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, providing high quality Management and Technical Consultancy services to industry, government and commerce.

We specialise in software-intensive systems, often in high integrity applications and frequently safety related. We aim to provide our clients with services that cover all aspects of the procurement of such systems, from assistance with the bidding process, through project and risk management, to qualification activities such as safety assessment and production of safety cases.
